Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Fastiez collects when you use our app or website (fastiez.co), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, phone number and profile photo, if you add one.
  • Catering requests: event date, pickup time, guest counts, food preferences, dishes, instructions and any address you add.
  • Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the payment and the amount, but we do not see or store your full card number.
  • Location: if you allow it, your device location, used to show nearby restaurants and set your address. You can turn this off in your device settings.
  • Device and usage information: such as device type, app version, pages viewed and notification tokens, used to run and improve the service.
  • Messages: anything you send us, for example through the contact form or support chat.

2. How we use it

  • To create and manage your account and log you in.
  • To send your catering requests to Restaurant Partners and process quotes, payments and orders.
  • To send you updates about your orders, by notification, email or text message.
  • To provide support, prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
  • To improve Fastiez and understand how it is used.

3. Who we share it with

  • Restaurant Partners: the restaurant handling your request receives the details needed to quote and prepare it, such as your name, phone number and event details.
  • Service providers: companies that help us run Fastiez, such as payment processing (Stripe), hosting and storage, email, text messages and push notifications. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
  • Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, Restaurant Partners or Fastiez.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and tax requirements and resolve disputes. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

5. Your choices and rights

  • You can view and update your profile in the app.
  • You can delete your account in the app, or email info@fastiez.co to ask us to access, correct or delete your information.
  • You can turn off location access and notifications in your device settings.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details private.

7. Children

Fastiez is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We'll show the new effective date here, and for important changes we'll let you know in the app or by email.
