Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Fastiez app or website (fastiez.co) as a customer. "Fastiez", "we" and "us" mean the Fastiez service. By creating an account or placing a request, you agree to these terms.

1. What Fastiez does

Fastiez is a platform that connects customers with independent local restaurants ("Restaurant Partners") for catering. Restaurant Partners prepare the food and are responsible for it. Fastiez does not cook, prepare or deliver food. To-Go ordering is coming soon and is not available yet.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place requests.
  • Give accurate details (name, email, phone number) and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time in the app or by emailing info@fastiez.co.

3. Catering requests and quotes

  • Catering is available for events with at least 20 adults. Children can be added on top.
  • When you submit a request, you share your event date, pickup time, guest counts, food preferences and the dishes you'd like. This is a request, not an order.
  • A Restaurant Partner may send you a quote. The quote shows the price of the food, taxes and the Fastiez platform fee.
  • A quote becomes a confirmed order only when you accept it and pay the 50% advance. You must do this at least 3 days before your event. Quotes that are not accepted in time are cancelled automatically.
  • The remaining 50% is due on the day of your event.

4. Pickup and transport

Fastiez does not offer delivery. Unless your quote says otherwise, you collect your catering order from the restaurant at the pickup time you chose. If the Restaurant Partner offers transport or setup, it will be stated in the quote and is the Restaurant Partner's responsibility.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and are set by Restaurant Partners. All fees and taxes are shown in your quote before you pay.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Fastiez does not store your full card number. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

6. Changes and cancellations

  • You can reject a quote, or cancel a request before accepting a quote, at no charge.
  • Cancellations after you accept and pay follow the terms stated in your accepted quote. If you have a question about a refund, email info@fastiez.co.
  • A Restaurant Partner or Fastiez may cancel an order if it can't be fulfilled. If that happens after you've paid, the amount you paid will be refunded.

7. Food, allergies and safety

Restaurant Partners are responsible for the food, its ingredients, allergen information and food safety. If you or your guests have allergies or dietary needs, tell the restaurant in your request's instructions. Fastiez cannot guarantee that any food is free from allergens.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Use Fastiez only for lawful purposes and only for real requests.
  • Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or harass Restaurant Partners or our team.
  • Collect your order at the agreed pickup time.

9. Reviews and content

If you post reviews, photos or other content, it must be honest and lawful. You give Fastiez permission to display it in the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

10. Our responsibility

We work to keep Fastiez available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Fastiez is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of Restaurant Partners. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used for fraud or abuse.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll show the new effective date here, and for important changes we'll let you know in the app or by email. If you keep using Fastiez after a change, the updated terms apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Texas.
